OOOKKKK seriously I don't really know the chronology of Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa (HMM)..did we learnt it in school before? i can't recall.forgive my poor memory..kalo ade pun, surely aku lupe la sbb blaja utk exam je :P
Based on my little knowledge and what I have read in newspapers, and also according to Wikipedia, this movie is about Merong Mahawangsa (played by STEPHEN RAHMAN HUGHES) , during the period of the Roman emperor. Merong is escorting a Roman Prince to China, where he have to marry a Han Dynasty princess. I'll put both of my hands up, and u can read the rest from HERE
however, this movie had been added with few commercial values and twist..so..it's not entirely true. :)
hopefully it will be something that we can proud of n can be the trigger to our local product, to be more brave and produce something which is beyond imagination and stereotype.
